Angel Food Cake Trifle

Ingredients

1/2 angel food cake – torn into bite sized pieces

1 pint strawberries, cut in halves (you can easily substitute with frozen fruit – just don’t forget to defrost!)

1 pint blueberries (mix the berries together in a bowl – you can add any fruit you like cut into bite size pieces)

1 box of instant chocolate pudding, prepared (I like fat free chocolate, but white chocolate would be good too)

Whipped cream (again, I use fat free but go with what you like)

Directions

  • Fill a large clear bowl with a layer of cake
  • Add a layer of pudding
  • Add a layer of fruit
  • Repeat until the bowl is almost full, with fruit being the top layer. Add a layer of whipped cream and garnish with the last of the fruit.
  • Enjoy!
